I do not know what bank are you to make the initial payment? Therefore, don't know where to go to to get credit card information corrected. Wish some help. Being able to talk to somebody in your company. Maybe I can go to the correct bank. And get just corrected

After cleaning all parts won't produce steam

My unit was built in 2021 my purchase was in 2022 I use it in flordia 6 months out of the year. Has worked fine until recent. I have used it 6 times, as I dont steam the floor as often as I wash it. Any suggestions

Connecting steam nozzle end broken on water reservoir broken. Cannot connect any attachments to heating unit. Only person I talked to sent me an e-mail for my credit card info etc. I purchased the H2OX5 Dual Blaster 08/23 and have used 5 times or less. I cannot get any info from company about repairing or replacing the water reservoir unit. Very unsatisified with unit and company.

I did not receive confirmation of my order. There was a charge on my account, but was unable to confirm my purchase, so I was concerned that I may have been taken advantage of. But a couple of days later I received my purchase and everything is as it should be. Communication could be better. A real human to talk to would be nice. Thanks.

The phone numbers for Thane did not connect with Thane. One is not a current number. The other 2 answered but not to Thane. My mom ordered a H20 mop from you which she's happy with. However, looking at her credit card statement she was charged twice for the same mop. I'm requesting a refund for the double charge. She also stated that someone called her on the phone requesting more money after she had paid for the item twice.
