Sucks directs you to a whole different company.i had to hang up.. if I could have talked into a person faster I might have kept the purchase but because of the runaround and the time I spent trying to get an email over or directions on how to call when to call who to call if there was a human to be found I have no idea so I just kept trying and trying and trying and I finally got through and I canceled but it took me hours I even called my credit card to not let the purchase go through but they said it was too late see they they make it go through the credit card fast but before you cancel and they make it hard to cancel so you don't cancel but I wouldn't give up and I'm not good at technology so it might have taken me longer than normal but I'm not going to buy something from the company that doesn't have a human that I can talk to about the product

In Sept. this year I purchase the Stem Mop online using my Apple Card, this was the only purchase I made using my card that was not an Apple product.
Shortly afterwitch someone attempted to make a purchase at Apple using my Apple Card. The police have informed me that the source of this leak of my information originated with the purchase form Thane. I have closed my Apple account and since then none of the payments due on the Thane purchase have gone through. I have attempted on many occasions to contact Customer Service in an attempt to clear up this matter and pay the balance due with no success.
I wish I had NEVER made this purchase.
Please have someone from your offices contact me via phone in order to resolve this issue. I intend to make a formal complaint and advise the Better Business Bureau of this incident and the lack of customer support from this company.

Preferred solution: Yes, a price reduction would be nice but I would like an investigation into how my information was taken from this website when I made my purchase.
