You could have live operator so people could get their issues taken care of instead of giving him the phone number that no one never answers and from the other post that I have been reading this company is very aggravating to deal with until I get my money back I have nothing good to say about this company

This steamer H2O is a scam. The machine is not powerful enough to clean as it claims.

I tried several different simple things as with their TV commercial and it did not clean a damn thing.

I recorded the attempts & I even turned the dial up for more pressure this machine is not strong enough to have the steam do what it claims to do . I keep trying to get customer service but site keep throwing me around and then they wanted a review, so here it is.DO NOT BUY IT!

I love my mop as does my daughter. I bought her one.

Then I ordered 2 sets of 3 mop pads and only received one.

I want the other one. I paid for the other one and now I can’t even get in touch with anyone to get it.

Exercises

Bought a total flex by thane. Never received any exercise instructions.

Tried to download the exercise chart but no PDF. When I try to login I get a list of common questions and answers. But no info on exercises.

Unable to chat and the phone number gets you no where. Just more advertisements.

H2O DualBlast steamer not working

I purchased an H2O Dual Blast Steamer mop through Amazon on July 15, 2024. It worked great, and I was very happy with it.

I used it a few times with no issues, then it stopped working. No steam. I have followed all troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I've tried to contact the Thane Co.

several ways. Amazon even provided me with a number. It was wrong, and all other numbers listed are also not in service! This is terrible business.

I would like help with this issue as I have paid over $200 for this item plus accessories. Please help me.

User's recommendation: NO customer service. All phone numbers found do not work including one provided by Amazon. I liked my H20 steamer until it stopped working which was only a few cleanings later. Now I have thrown away well over $200 because I cannot contact the company for any help with this issue and it should be still under the one year warranty. So very disheartening.

Returning product

Want to return your product. Reason: My lady friend used my card.

In ordering me a surprise Christmas gift.when your H20X5 arrived. Good thing I asked her what it was.she informed me and looked it up on her phone. I informed her that I already have a steam mop and did not want the H20X5 and did not open the package. Therefore: Requesting one of your returned mailing slips.so l may return the H20x5 and have my funds placed back on my card.

I had set up a payment plan and one large payment has already been paid. I have actively been in touch by Gmail, because I have not been able to speak to a person and I have been getting the runaround about how they have to give me a special RA# in order to return.

We'll I keep getting emails from them that they will be sending me by Gmail that # and details on how to get the order returned. They even tried to take another payment out of my account after all this!

Placed an order for an Ab Doer machine on the official Ab Doer website. After entering my information including card number l got an error message. I could not tell if the order placed or not.

I feel that this is an solated event and not regular practice for Thane. Customer service did offer assistance but I just did get the answer I needed at the time. I will purchase definitely purchase from Thane again.

I contacted customer service through chat. I asked to speak to someone.

I was able to talk to someone who offered little help.

Still do not know if the order placed properly because all i got was an "error" , no confirmation but the cost for the machine has been deducted from the card. I thought that ordering from the official website for Ab Doer was safe, obviously not and I cannot get an answer to my question and my funds are gone.

Unable to reached someone. Customer support sucks.

It keep telling me to sign in and I can't leave a message it's horrible the worst company ever in my life. I never had an experience like this in all my 70 years on this earth

My name is Maria. I ordered an H20X5 steam machine, but there are additional charges that I know nothing about.

I want them removed, or I'll cancel my order. It's really a shame that this company has no phone number to reach them.

It's all automated. Horrible.
