Looking for package

I ordered the H2O 5X steamer. It was ordered on March 25, 2024. Money was taken out of my account and no product yet. $84.43 was taken out and I can't get in touch with a live person to find out where my order is.

To let them know they have my correct credit card on file and they are saying it declined. It’s in good standing. This co is horrible and I threw the steam mop away. It was a cheap piece ofi garbage

My 85 yr old father purchased items from this company he was not satisfied with the product however no matter how many numbers he called they all said out of service that’s a shame

My father is 85 yrs old he purchased items from you guys and was not satisfied so he tried to contact you for the return policy he does not have a computer so he was unable to communicate he tried to contact you guys from the thousands of phone numbers that you list however each one of them went to a disconnected line . I think you should be ashamed of yourselves for this sort of business practices.

How about just being honest and tell the consumer that once they have purchased something thats it final sale. I am him daughter and Iam fully aware of how this works I will be handling this claim from here on out and bet you guys wish you would have just been honest with him

Cancel order I already received this product

When I originally ordered the Mop, I ordered the $129.00 model. Then a few hours later, I decided to order the extra mop pads package. Fine, that should have been the Original Mop at $129.00 plus the price of the extra pads. You then changed the original Mop to the upgraded model. I did not order the change or give my permission to do so. I decided to cancel the order because I couldnt reach anyone via your toll free number , or via email.

I never received the steam mop I finally after days of trying to contact them and I was told they look into it and call me back I never heard from them until some an collection agency call to collect the money. They owe me they got money out of my account twice

I open the box of hand receipt and decided I did not want the product. I pulled the receipt to create an account so I could, and was told that I shouldve gotten a registration email which I never received and you cannot return this product unless you register it also, they are telling you that you should have a order number and this in debt and the other and none of the stuff is on this receipt, so Ive tried reaching out to them by phone and by email I was sent to a website wanted me to pay for information about them and Im not gonna do that they need to take their product back I have already had my bank money plus I got a 20 days after that audit, and they only gave me 30 days to return it

Checking on billing air in my order

I made a purchase yesterday. All seem to go fine. I happen to call my bank later on another issue and asked about my purchase with you. They told me that my purchase was recurring and I would continue to get this item over and over again. I dont want that I just want a one time purchase, please contact my bank that you sent my information to and tell them that this is not a recurring order. Thank you, Kathy Guinn.
