Tried to contact the company regarding the total flex exercise equipment. Never received any exercises to go along with it.

Call several times but never spoke to anyone.

Just got prerecorded messages and then they would go to trying to sell me a unit. Never got to speak to any person and cant download any of the exercises

I didn't receive my package. I was informed by UPS tracking that it was getting returned back to the sender.

The apartment Luxer Locker System customer service stated that my package did not get scanned to put into the secure lockers. As a result it was being returned. There was no Thane customer service available on the weekend. I thought I would get a replacement or credit by now.

My issue has not been resolved. I was ready to use my AB 360.

Unable to reached someone. Customer support sucks. It keep telling me to sign in and I can't leave a message it's horrible the worst company ever in my life. I never had an experience like this in all my 70 years on this earth

I wanted to speak to a live representative and just got a chat, but. When I first went on your website, your company said if I gave you my email address you would send me a coupon for my first purchase. I immediately sent you my email address and never received a coupon. I ordered the mop because I wanted it at the discount price but feel it was unfair that I could not add my additional coupon onto that price before purchasing the mop. I received a coupon code for a discount on my next purchase, which I don’t think I need anything else because I upgraded to the elite package.

I love my mop as does my daughter. I bought her one. Then I ordered 2 sets of 3 mop pads and only received one. I want the other one. I paid for the other one and now I can’t even get in touch with anyone to get it.

I want my money back for the abdoer 360 I can't even track my order it want go through then I keep calling the abdoer line and they say that they can't help me I have to go to the thane website and I don't understand it and then the holy site where thane.com direct me to call they self helping me for a $1 and they wind up taking $45 from me and I told them I was not gonna do that because it said they automatically take the $45 so they typed something and it went back to my banking account information and it then have the thing you know saying they was gonna automatically take the $45 that wasn't up there no they was just gonna charge me a$1 but they charged me the $45 anyway after they was through with me they canceled the subscription because they would have taken them $45 out every month so I thank God for that because I can't even get in contact with this people help me please.
