Contact Thane Direct USA Customer Service

Never got a hold of anyone so I contacted PayPal in order to get a return authorization for an accessory I did not order. Still waiting for a return authorization. Below is a picture of what I received and a screen shot of what I actually ordered.

Can't get ahold of customer service. They state you only have 1 hour to cancel something but they direct you to a medical company when you call them and they won't send an email.

So far the experience I have had with this company has been terrible. I don't know why they need to make it so difficult to contact them.

I wouldn't buy their product and I haven't even received mine yet. Terrible company

No customer service, no phone chat, no way to order the accessories
I feel scammed! How do they just disconnect all their phones?

Did they just fill orders and ran with the profit? The product works just fine, but when you need some refills on cleaning pads for the mop.

You are out of luck. Angry that this has not been shut down!

I ordered the H20 heavy duty cleaner and paid the full price and paid it at time of order. They sent me the smaller one.

And I cannot contact anybody at all by phone and they keep asking me to email them, but They're email situation very complicated anyway to me.. And they will not respond to me whatsoever. I am very upset. They also give you a phone number to call ,but when you call it, it says that it's not available in my area.

I don't know what that means.

Something needs to be done about this. This is very upsetting.
