Billing issue

I ordered through a tv ad and paid the "special limited time offered price". Thane charged me again and I had the payment taken off.

I sent Thane my "one-time payment " info, no response. They continued to email me payment due. Thane then sent me to a collection agency. I tried 4 different phone #s to reach someone at Thane.

My 1st # went directly to an automated sale for another product and would not give me a customer service option.

When I hung up and tried again it immediately went to "this number not available in your calling area." Thane apparently blocked my number. Terrible.

I have been trying to get a refund for the mop for 3 Weeks. Nothing yet . I have sent numerous messages with very little feedback.

Awful customer service

The phone number available is a line trying to sell you something! No other # available to call.

They have not tried to reach me at all or contact me through email.
I still have a product that doesn't work and I want a refund and a timely resolution to this matter. Beyond frustrated!!

I wanted a printed copy of the exercises, and was informed I had to produce a credit card. I do not make a habit of giving out my credit cards, so I am SOL. Not everyone has a computer/printer. I feel it should be included. Never again
