I ordered the Don Sullivan System from I paid the "rush" delivery fee to have the order expedited.

I received the system almost 20 days later, and when I opened the package the DVDs didn't work. I contacted Customer Service and the rep stated that she was sorry and would send another DVD at no additional cost, but that the delivery would be another 5-7 days. I immediately asked for supervisor, the rep was a little nasty but finally connected me with Judy a supervisor. She then states that she would send another DVD at no cost but would take 10-14 business days.

I asked why did I pay for "rush" if it is going to take a month for me to even start the training, if it actually even worked.

I have a 3 month old puppy I need something I'm hoping this will work, but I am starting to rethink my order entirely!!! Upset in Texas

Monetary Loss: $110.
