I purchased the Nook Turbo from Amazon, that was great. The plastic connector to the seat post broke the first time I used the stand.

Thane uses an online support system that you have to register on, no problem unless you purchased from Amazon, then they have no record of you and you can't register. After that, good luck trying to reach them. There is no phone number and after more than a dozen email requests I finally got an answer. They would replace the part but I had to pay S&H.

No problem, however they never provided a way to pay.

This company is one of the worst at customer service and I found the product to be very poorly made. Never buying from them again.

User's recommendation: Not at all.
