I placed my order just last night and this morning I checked my account and noticed they charge me 2 times when I only made 1 purchase now I find out there's no way to contact them directly, smh. I want to cancel this order immediately. They didn't even allow my subscription said it must wait for approval so that tells me whenever they shipped the order then that's when my registration will get approved and I cannot cancel because they'll try to charge restocking fees, and cancelation fees etc, what a scam they're.

I just wrote all of this out, and then it did not send, I put in an order for the steamer mop at three payments of $39.95 which I was paying all at once, but I got the invoice stating that I'm paying $59.95 (×3) plus $15.95, I need to speak to somebody so that we can rectify this situation. I am a single mother, I don't have money to just be throwing around, and I will do whatever I have to get my point across.

If you are a reputable company you should have a number for customer service, and it's impossible to find a phone number to get in touch with anyone. If somebody can please get in touch with me at 347-593-**** it would be greatly appreciated.

Preferred solution: I would like the charges on my order to be fixed, to $39.95 (x3) not $59.95 (x3) it's a 12 piece set for 3 payments of $39.95 (x3) plus the $15.95.

User's recommendation: Until I receive some type of customer service help and the item I ordered, I cannot say anything besides the fact that a reputable company would have a phone number for customer service and the fact that I have to run around looking here there and everywhere to get through to you guys and still cannot is not a very professional business-like way of going about things, so until I receive the item and the help with the overpricing that's when I can leave a reputable answer.

Well, I ordered the H2O Steam Mop and I never got it. But you're still trying to charge my bank for it and I've already told my bank. I'm not paying for it because I don't have the product. After reading your reviews, I can see many people have not received their products, so just cancel mine and stop trying to charge my bank because I'm not going to pay it. Not only that, but now you're trying to charge me $100 more for it than it costs. So, thank you. I'm not paying it, Bernice Reed.

At first it was impossible to sign up for being in your privileged circle of people who could be considered by you. I signed up several times before it was even recognized.

2 or 3 days later your system finally recognized my sign in. Then I was trying to see if and how I could return my order and your online system was so complicated

That I finally gave up.

I now have a mop which is so complicated to use I probably never will .By the time I got a call back I had written you off a a bad deal and I swallowed my loss with a very bad impression of your company. When there are problems online complications are NO substitute for a voice contact!!!

They have the most terrible customer service… they have treated my request shabbily. I still have not received my order and they do not seem perturbed

They refused to deliver my order to me. They only sent me an email to review the product.

I told them I had not received it. They sent a link to join customer service and make a complaint. I did, but it took them a whole day to respond and tell me my order is due for pick-up until May 26. Pick up where?

No one mentioned a pick-up location when I ordered the product. I asked where. I told them I didn't understand. I tried calling on the phone but was forced to leave a voice message.

I didn't. I only responded to their customer service email, which takes a day to respond.

They have still not responded, and I have absolutely no idea where my product is. I am terribly frustrated and regret purchasing from Thane Canada.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Well the only thing I got solved is that they sent me the product but it still was false advertisement on television of how the payment plan works because there isn’t a payment plan they just snatch the whole payment out without your permission Thank You

I seen advertisements on tv for steam cleaner 4 payments of $43 & you would make 1 payments I called the number that was was advertised & spoke to a computer voice lady she took my information then charged me $154.03 took it straight out of my account didnt give me a confirmation number or tracking number just ended the call I started calling every customer service number are the wrong number I have emailed thane no answer I couldnt create an account I dont know if Im getting a steamer cleaner coming to my address at 1407 south Oxford Street Indianapolis Indiana 46203 I would like to hear from someone to resolve this matter Thank you
