I ordered two Bike Nooks and the first one assembled quickly; I was impressed with the product. When assembling the second Bike Nook, I noticed that the hardware bag was missing.
The rack cannot be assembled without the missing parts. I immediately contacted Thane. It has been more than two weeks; the product is still not shipped; I cannot reach anyone at Thane's customer service; there is no phone number to talk to a real person. I will not purchase any Thane products in the future and am preparing to return my current order and dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Thane, your customer service (if it exists) is disappointing. (This is what can be published - have much harsher wording in my head)

I purchased one of the mops from your company. I was not satisfied and I was told I would get a partial refund if I kept it.
I accepted the partial refund but then, on February 28th, 2025, my debit card was charged $53! I have reported this issue several times, but I have not received any assistance with this situation.
I would like a full refund of the money that has been erroneously taken out of my account as soon as possible. Sincerely, a very unsatisfied customer.

Tried to contact the company regarding the total flex exercise equipment. Never received any exercises to go along with it.
Call several times but never spoke to anyone.
Just got prerecorded messages and then they would go to trying to sell me a unit. Never got to speak to any person and cant download any of the exercises

I received the order today, 2/5/25; however, the package was opened and had missing parts. The box with the H2O Essentials-Descaler was empty.
I am requesting that you replace this item as soon as possible or issue me a refund. All of the phone numbers listed on your company are either not in service or not taking any phone calls.
I am very disappointed that I am not able to speak to a live agent. Please address this as soon as possible.

I didn't receive my package. I was informed by UPS tracking that it was getting returned back to the sender.
The apartment Luxer Locker System customer service stated that my package did not get scanned to put into the secure lockers. As a result it was being returned. There was no Thane customer service available on the weekend. I thought I would get a replacement or credit by now.
My issue has not been resolved. I was ready to use my AB 360.

I purchased steamer last Monday did not see the confirmation then I purchased one on last Wednesday 12th I received the one purchased on 3/10 and wanted to cancel the later. I tried registering but to no avail. Could not get on the account website sucks need to cancel order and get my credit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I resolved it myself.I figured out that the H20 mop cost 170.00 ‘s that’s why I was charged 97.00 and 74.00.
I was double charged and I want to know why I was charged $96.50 in December and $71.65 in January. The mop doesn't cost that much.
