Billing issue
I ordered through a tv ad and paid the "special limited time offered price". Thane charged me again and I had the payment taken off.
I sent Thane my "one-time payment " info, no response. They continued to email me payment due. Thane then sent me to a collection agency. I tried 4 different phone #s to reach someone at Thane.
My 1st # went directly to an automated sale for another product and would not give me a customer service option.
When I hung up and tried again it immediately went to "this number not available in your calling area." Thane apparently blocked my number. Terrible.

Very poor!
Your 1-800 number said that I am calling from a number that you don't support. I will try the other two numbers, and hopefully, I will get in touch with customer service, but I'm not happy with what's going on and how hard it is to get in touch with customer service.

The first 800 number says that it's the wrong number for me to be calling. The second number, which is a 330 area code, doesn't answer.
The third number, which is another 800 number, belongs to a different company. I got these numbers off of a search through Google.

No response at all. I have been trying for over one hour to reach customer service.
I called two phone numbers that are listed on the website.

These NEVER answer an email. Take your $ and, never to be seen or heard from again, I would like to order a few more items and an exercise sheet, which should have been included with the equipment.
Do not buy anything from the company
They could do anything better than the ghosting I have received from this company. The absolute worst customer service. These people take your money and run.

Questions about how I get paperwork on the exercise workouts

I wanted a printed copy of the exercises, and was informed I had to produce a credit card. I do not make a habit of giving out my credit cards, so I am SOL.
Not everyone has a computer/printer.
I feel it should be included. Never again
Send a copy of the exercises without asking for more money. Iam NOT giving out my credit card number for more money for something that should be included with the purchase. What a joke, if I could get my husband to tear this thing apart, youd be getting it back.

I cannot get the help I need for my brand new mop.
My new H2O X5 dual blasting mop will not heat. I get no steam at all.
The on-off button does come on orange and changes to green. When I depress the button, it makes the sound it did the first time I used it.
It has been descaled with 1/3 cup white vinegar and 2/3 cup water. I get no steam, and it leaves puddles of water where the steam should come out.
