The merchandise I ordered is not durable enough for what I need it for I ordered this vacuum cleaner to clean my hardwood floors when I received the package I realized that it wasnt what I need it. I ordered the H20 heavy duty cleaner and paid the full price and paid it at time of order. They sent me the smaller one. And I cannot contact anybody at all by phone and they keep asking me to email them, but They're email situation very complicated anyway to me.. And they will not respond to me whatsoever. I am very upset. They also give you a phone number to call ,but when you call it, it says that it's not available in my area. I don't know what that means. Something needs to be done about this. This is very upsetting.

A purchase I made and did not get what I ordered or proof of extended warranty. Have called several phone numbers and used customercare@***.ca with no reply. I have contacted PayPal and the BBB. I am definitely very disappointed in this company. All I want is to talk to someone to get proof of warranty and how to use it if necessary and get the item I am missing or wanted under the original purchase.

I purchased the Nook Turbo from Amazon, that was great. The plastic connector to the seat post broke the first time I used the stand. Thane uses an online support system that you have to register on, no problem unless you purchased from Amazon, then they have no record of you and you can't register. After that, good luck trying to reach them. There is no phone number and after more than a dozen email requests I finally got an answer. They would replace the part but I had to pay S&H. No problem, however they never provided a way to pay. This company is one of the worst at customer service and I found the product to be very poorly made. Never buying from them again.

I have not heard anything in response from the company.

I have attempted with multiple different cards to pay the balance of my order, but every time it declines the payment. We have contacted the bank to verify that the cards are working properly, but the payments still will not go through on your end. I have unsuccessfully attempted to call your customer service line, but it will not allow me to speak to anyone. This was paid in full, but I am still getting emails that I owe money because the payment was "declined" for no reason. This is not acceptable and there is no way for me to pay off the balance, as your website is not functional.
