Attempting to order several accessories for the mop. No person ever answered any phone number!

No customer service, no phone chat, no way to order the accessories I feel scammed! How do they just disconnect all their phones? Did they just fill orders and ran with the profit? The product works just fine, but when you need some refills on cleaning pads for the mop. You are out of luck. Angry that this has not been shut down!

Need an RMA to return items

I ordered one X5mop for $158.97, order # US-638279****864****. When I tried to get back to my order to recheck it, another order was put in automatically, which I wasn't aware of until I checked my bank account and saw that there was another charge of $198.96, order #US-638279****9356****. I want to return the latter one or both since this error was not my fault. I need an RMA in order to return at least order #US-638279****9356****. I have been struggling with this problem since 8/18/23 but your websites and your 800 numbers have not worked for me. I tried cancelling the orders on 8/18/23, the day after the order was put in. Please help me as I cannot afford the $198.96 charge.

I have tried calling four different phone numbers to talk with a company representative with no luck in reaching anyone. In fact number 330 956-**** is no longer in service and the others either don't answer (busy signal always) or another number had a recording trying to sell me medical alerts, I just hung up.

Cancel Order. FRUAD. The cost advertised was many dollars less than the cost which was charged to my credit card when I placed the order.

Cancel Order Immediately. FRAUD. See above. Also, there is no way to contact "Thane" by telephone" ... three phone numbers are provided but the three phone numbers are "fraud" phone numbers.

User's recommendation: Do not fall for the TV advertisement for the steam cleaner. The cost advertised is many dollars more than the cost that is charged to the credit cards of unsuspecting potential customers.. This is obviously a SCAM.

Mop not working

My mop is not steaming, Who in Thane/Coral Springs can solve this issue? Is there any tec to substitute this Mop? In Coral Springs? I just can't use this H20MOP X5 and what you explain in your booklet is not well done. I followed everything without results. One year only and it is already broken. I didn't find any Thane technician around Coral Springs and if you can't solve this problem then it will be a waste of my money. Thanks Jussara ALbuquerque

Worst customer service ever. Received product but customer service cannot access account. I am not found. I cannot ask for help, I cannot return item which I cannot use due to physical limitations. All phone numbers are not working. I think this is a scam. Yes, they delivered the steamer, yes, they got their money. No, I cannot return the product.

Can't return product, because their website is bogus as well as their phone numbers. Tried to get RMAto return product and customer service does not exist. Tried calling the company and the phone numbers was for some emergency product company. Even the numbers the BB supplied was bogus. Because of this the 30 day money back guarantee is overdue.
