U cannot talk to a person they charged my debit card 200 when it was suppose to be payments of like fourty sum thing dollars a month for 3 months I could not talk to a person to stop the transaction so I'm having to do without cause they decided to charge me the whole amount at one time

CHARGED TWICE FOR SAME ITEM

My mom ordered a H20 mop from you which she's happy with. However, looking at her credit card statement she was charged twice for the same mop. I'm requesting a refund for the double charge. She also stated that someone called her on the phone requesting more money after she had paid for the item twice. I did not receive confirmation of my order. There was a charge on my account, but was unable to confirm my purchase, so I was concerned that I may have been taken advantage of. But a couple of days later I received my purchase and everything is as it should be. Communication could be better. A real human to talk to would be nice. Thanks.

The phone numbers for Thane did not connect with Thane. One is not a current number. The other 2 answered but not to Thane. On repeated calls to the numbers I was connected to multiple companies, none of them Thane. I want to return the product but not able to reach Thane to do so. Customer service!?!Do

I ordered the H20 heavy duty cleaner and paid the full price and paid it at time of order. They sent me the smaller one. And I cannot contact anybody at all by phone and they keep asking me to email them, but They're email situation very complicated anyway to me.. And they will not respond to me whatsoever. I am very upset. They also give you a phone number to call ,but when you call it, it says that it's not available in my area. I don't know what that means. Something needs to be done about this. This is very upsetting.

They are scammed they don’t answer their phone. They can’t get anywhere no one help.

Phone numbers is disconnected. No one answers no one emails back Im trying to make a return and then making it difficult. This is a scam.

I placed an order for the steam cleaner today

I placed an order for the steam cleaner earlier today (12/29/2023) but was not given a confirmation number or an order number. I have been trying to reach your offices, but every phone number listed on ThaneUSA are non-working or not assigned numbers.

You are asking for an ID number (below) which I do not have, a Contract ID number (below)which I do not have.

The order was for three payments but I just learned from my credit card company that Thane billed me $229.92.

After reviewing some of the complaints issued by the BBB, I learned that this company is not reputable but I am stuck. I've contacted my bank and posted a fraudulent claim against Thane USA. I haven't got a clue if this item will be shipped to me - but if it does, I will not accept it.

If it is left on my doorstep I will return it. The reason being, that this company has done whatever it could to prevent people from returning the item.

I don't know if you can help me, but hope that you can.

After cleaning all parts won't produce steam

My unit was built in 2021 my purchase was in 2022 I use it in flordia 6 months out of the year. Has worked fine until recent. I have used it 6 times, as I dont steam the floor as often as I wash it. Any suggestions
