Thane.com had me on the $56/mo x 4 months payment plan as originally agreed upon in March 2010, but when I called in April to give a different credit card number, the telemarketer changed my billing status to "pay in full." He did not ask permission nor inform me of this change! When I saw the $256 charge to my bank account, which was $25 more than I owed even if I DID want to pay in full, I called Thane.

I was told they could not correct their error, apologized for the obvious mistake, and that there was not a single supervisor in the office to talk to me! That extra $200 was supposed to be my car payment!

:( CLEARLY A SCAM!! FELL APART AND DIDNT DO A THING AS FAR AS WASHING MY FLOORS OR CLEANING THE RUGS.

CANT RETURN OF COURSE, AS THEY SAY ITS PAST THE 30 Dayz. do not do business with these scam artists-this thing is a peice of s***, and is not as advertised!!
